Trappin rabbits

I've been having great luck with an octagon rabbit trap.with a apple soaked in vanalla. I have caught 7 rabbit in my yard in 3 weeks.The weather in New York has been cold and snow rabbits were lookin for something tasty.

Thanks for the info soaked and put some out tonight. What kinda trap is that, homemade or bought, never seen an octagon trap.

I will try to get pictures, I bought mine from Charles Berry in SC. You can go to the ESPO board and do a search and see his pictures.Great traps

How is yall's trapping going?
mine has been awful. the house cats and fox. and 1 hawk has cleand out my honey hole. i am going to have to move i guess.
are the octogon trap's that much better than the ol box traps?

just finished making a trap similar setup to the octagon one and put out in yard last night rabbit past up box trap and went under new one. had a havaheart out for 2 weeks nothing but things are lookin up for me buddy called said he checked trraps and got another for me nice

we still had greens for them to eat up to this week.
it's all under snow .
 i bet they go for that apple's now.
